Your skin, charms and case all come beautifully packaged together. When they arrive:
- Simply place your Vinyl Skin on to the back of your phone. We use the highest quality air release vinyl, that doesn’t leave a residue
- Place or stick you charms into any position you choose.
- Encase your design with the your protective Talisman case

The cases vary depending on the size of your iPhone. All the cases fit tightly to the phone ensuring a sleek, easy to hold finish.
Our crystal healing bracelets are hand made in the UK and designed for everyday use.
Please roll your bracelets on and off rather than stretch them to help prolong their life.
The gold letters are prone to fading if worn in water. If you could roll them off before washing the plates or taking a bath, the enamel mantras would be very grateful and last longer.
Some perfumes can effect the lustre of the crystals. So just take care when you are caring for yourself.
Our standard size is small / medium and measures 6.5″ – 7″. If you require a larger size please go to ‘create your own bracelet’ where you will be able to order a bigger size.
You can – just choose the ‘Create Your Own’ option on the site! Then, if there’s something in particular you would like, all of our bracelets are made to order so in the notes section at checkout just add any extra details and we will look out for your order.

Yes, our crystal bracelets are all made from real crystals and each crystal is hand selected to ensure that all the crystals sit well together on each bracelet.
All of our bracelets are handmade to order so we can easily custom make them to a specific size. Just add the measurement into the notes section at checkout and we’ll look out for it.
Our necklaces sit comfortably as a relaxed choker. On average our necklaces are 38cm. They also have an adjustable chain with lobster clasp to help you find your perfect fit.
Each glasses chain is approximately 90 – 94 cm (including attachments)
The skins are a high quality air release removable vinyl.
The vinyl skin is placed directly on the back of an iPhone and then when peeled off it won’t leave a residue.
They vary from 0.15mm to 0.30mm thick for the glitter ones.
TINKALINK charms have been designed to personalise your tech. You can make your iPhone totally unique by using them with our Talisman case. Simply place or stick them (they all have an adhesive backing) under you case. They also stop those charger thieves when you stick them on to our apple plug chargers stickers
All the charms have adhesive backing to stick them down, simply peel off their adhesive backing.
As well as being used on charger stickers and in the Talisman case, the charms are designed to personalise all your tech. They can be stuck to laptops, iPads , phones – in fact most things and can be applied to any item with a flat surface. Like most things, the charms struggle to stick onto silicon surfaces. We cannot accept any liability for charms that become loose or leave a mark.
The charms are made of stainless steel
The charms are on average 1mm thick but there may be a little variance between the charms.
The skins are made of 3M removable vinyl
We offer all charger skins for the original 5w “triangle” charger. We also offer a selection of our charger skins for the newer square charger.
Each pack come with a skin for the charger, and a cable skin so that to can identify your charger and cable.
The crystal phone strap comes with a loop attachment. You simply feed the attachment through the on/off cut away of your phone case and the loop crystal strap through the attachment.
The phone strap is a loop for your wrist the fit through. Although each strap might vary slightly, the average diameter is X
We accept payment from debit or credit cards – VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and payments made by PayPal.

Once the order has been placed and your payment has been successful, you will receive an email confirmation. In the unlikely event that you did not receive this email, please check your junk and then email us at email@example.com.
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, if you decide you want to amend your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try amend where possible.
If you’d like to return or exchange an item from your order you have 7 days from the date of receipt to notify us. On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions do apply). *Please note ‘create your own bracelets’ cannot be exchanged unless faulty.*
Due to the bespoke nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Returns should be sent to the address below and should include your name and order number. Please be aware that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, so we suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost.

If you wish to return a product after the 14 day period or if you would like to discuss a return please email us at email@example.com Goods should be returned in their original state to TINKALINK as soon as possible.
Sale No returns on sale items (including flash/limited time promotions). For returns of store/pop-up orders, please keep your invoice or receipt for proof of purchase. We are unable to offer a return on items without a proof of purchase.
When you place an order you will receive an automated email informing you when it has been dispatched. Our standard delivery uses 1st class Royal Mail and they aim to get it to you next day. If you haven’t received your order after 3-5 days, please get in touch. We are able to offer tracked delivery with our NEXT DAY DELIVERY service.
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days from the date of ordering, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days of the date from which you placed the order. After this period has elapsed, TINKALINK reserves the right to decide whether to send a replacement item(s) to you.
All of our orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail. Once you’ve received your dispatched email from us we suggest allowing 3-5 working days for at it to arrive (although it usually arrives next day). Please contact us if you’re yet to receive your order after this period. If you need your order next day, please use our next day delivery option.
Please note Customs and Import duties are only chargeable once the order reaches its destination and are the responsibility of the customer to settle.
We would advise that you to enquire what these charges may be before an order is placed.

Postage costs will be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.
