We accept payment from debit or credit cards – VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and payments made by PayPal.
Once the order has been placed and your payment has been successful, you will receive an email confirmation. In the unlikely event that you did not receive this email, please check your junk and then email us at info@tinkalink.com.
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, if you decide you want to amend your order please email info@tinkalink.com and we will try amend where possible.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of the date of receiving the goods. To cancel, please inform us by emailing info@tinkalink.com. Goods should be returned in their original state to TINKALINK as soon as possible. Please be aware that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, so we suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost.

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days from the date of ordering, please email customerservices@tinkalink.com within 21 days of the date from which you placed the order. After this period has elapsed, TINKALINK reserves the right to decide whether to send a replacement item(s) to you.

A TINKALINK pack consists of a TPU phone case with a scratch resistant polycarbonate lens, the signature TINKALINK Wishbone logo charm, microfiber cleaning cloth and instructions.
Our protective cases comprise of:
A TPU bumper engineered to absorb shocks and safeguard your iPhone from accidental drops.
A removable transparent anti abrasion polycarbonate lens
Matte, soft touch finish
Access to all ports with cut away detailing
Raised bevel edges to protect the screen
Debossed logo on the side of the case
The measurements of the case are height 113mm, width 70mm and length 140.5mm
Our cases in Frosty White are semi-transparent.
Our cases in Seal Black are matt.
The skins are made of 3M removable vinyl
If the skin is placed directly on the back of an iPhone and then peeled off it will not leave a residue.
The monochrome skins are 0.15mm thick and the glitter skins are 0.30mm thick.
The charms are made of stainless steel
The charms are 1.00 mm thick but there may be a little variance in their thickness
The charms have been designed to be stuck or float within the TINKALINK case.
Simply peel off their adhesive backing to stick down.
The TINKALINK charms will only be able to float if the original adhesive backing is kept and reapplied.
The TINKALINK charms can be applied to any item with a flat surface but TINKALINK cannot accept any liability for charms that become loose or leave a mark.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY – FREE
You will receive an automated email confirmation as soon as your order has been processed. Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Delivery may occasionally take up to 5 working days and there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas.
UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY – £7.50
Items will be delivered the next working day.
Please be aware that Next working day is only available for orders placed before 3pm Monday – Friday.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
TINKALINK offers a worldwide delivery for any item in store.
Europe and Ireland 7-10 working days – £5.50
Worldwide 8-12 working days £8.50

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods, should be unopened and in their original condition. Refunds will be made to the credit card with which the payment was originally made. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
Returns should be sent to the address below and should include your name and order number. Please be aware that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, so we suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost.

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you consider an item to be faulty please contact us at customerservices@tinkalink.com and we will arrange a replacement. Postage will be refunded for the return of faulty items. If the same item is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
